Get started with your mailbox
Sign in to your Email Business mailbox for the first time, learn the three areas of webmail, and do the four things worth doing on day one.
Your administrator has just created your mailbox. This page takes you from the first sign-in to your first sent message.
Before you start
- Your full mailbox address, for example
nam@example.com - The password your domain administrator gave you
Sign in
- Open
https://vmail.cloudfly.vn - Enter your Email Address and Password
- Click Login
Forgot password? is not for mailboxes
That link only serves service administrator accounts. A mailbox password is reset by your domain administrator — entering a mailbox address there produces no email at all.
The three areas of webmail
The icon rail on the left switches between three areas. Each holds data belonging to your mailbox alone.
| Area | Holds |
|---|---|
| Your inbox and folders. See Mailbox folder and label reference | |
| Contacts | Your own contacts and contact groups |
| Briefcase | Files you upload yourself, separate from message attachments |
Your name in the top right opens the account menu: storage in use, the settings pages, and Logout.
Four things worth doing on day one
| Task | Why do it early |
|---|---|
| Create an email signature | Your very first message already carries your name and phone number |
| Change your password | The password an administrator issued should not stay in use for long |
Check the result
- Click Compose and send a message to your own address
- It arrives in Inbox within seconds, and a copy sits in Sent
Both of those mean the mailbox sends and receives. Every field of the compose window is covered in Write and send a message.
Common problems
